Meet ROY, a dual-channel tube preamp and overdrive pedal inspired by the legendary VOX AC30 Top Boost.
ROY captures classic British tones, delivering sweet, chiming cleans and the signature "shattered" upper-mid breakup—all without harshness or brittleness.
At its heart is a 12AX7 tube operating at 260VDC, offering natural tube compression and a dynamic, amp-like response.
ROY integrates effortlessly with other pedals, making it an excellent clean tube platform at the end of your signal chain or a standalone tone-shaping tool for your direct rig setup.
Whether paired with an amp or used in a direct recording setup, it adds a rich, vintage British voice to any configuration!

ROY features two identical channels, each with independent gain and volume controls.
Switch seamlessly between clean and overdrive tones at the press of a footswitch, with full control over your volume levels.
It’s like having two perfectly dialed preamps in one pedal!
Just like the Vox AC30 Top Boost, ROY features a dual-band tone stack with highly interactive Treble and Bass controls, affecting the mids inversely for nuanced tone shaping. The Tone Cut control, positioned after the EQ, acts as a master treble roll-off.
Shape your sound with the EQ and then fine-tune the top end to reduce any harshness while preserving your core tone.
