The original Royalist was the first Tone King amp to tackle British tones and quickly became one of their most beloved models.
Now, introducing the new Royalist MKIII, a 40-watt, two-channel, all-tube masterpiece that takes this legacy to new heights!
From the sweet, singing JTM45 to the iconic Plexi sound, all the way to the raging Super Lead, the Royalist MKIII captures the essence of these legendary amps, delivering a versatile range from clean to edge-of-breakup, to the crunchy leads heard on countless classics.
Both Channel A and Channel B feature Volume controls with a Pull Fat option, which adds more low-end at the first gain stage.
The Fat setting is perfect for clean tones and single-coil pickups, or to add some juicy goodness to your lead tone.
The 1964, 1967, and 1970 three-position voicing switch on each channel lets you choose the preamp, tone stack, and negative feedback from three of the most iconic vintage British amplifiers.
With the built-in Iron Man II attenuator on each channel, you get a tuned reactive load and special compensation circuitry that allows the power tubes to be fully driven while only allowing a fraction of the signal through to the speaker.
