The Manlay Sound Octavi brings back the classic octave-up fuzz sound made famous by Jimi Hendrix on tracks like “Purple Haze” and “Fire.” Inspired by the original Octavia circuit invented by Roger Mayer and perfected through legendary performances in the late 60s, Octavi combines that iconic fuzz and octave effect in a compact, hand-painted enclosure.
Hand wired and built in Barcelona, Octavi uses high-quality silicon transistors and a precision transformer to deliver rich octave-up fuzz with dynamic response and vintage character. True bypass switching and board-friendly dimensions make it easy to integrate into any rig, while the custom enclosure pays tribute to the original pedal’s classic look.
