The Magnatone Starlite Reverb 10 takes everything players loved about the original Starlite and expands upon it with greater headroom, a larger speaker, and built-in reverb.
Still compact, lightweight, and incredibly responsive, the Starlite Reverb 10 delivers rich American tube tone through a simple single-ended Class A design built around a 12AX7 preamp tube and a 6L6 power tube. The result is an amplifier that feels remarkably lively under the fingers while producing a surprisingly full and authoritative sound for its size.
From Blackface Sparkle to Tweed Warmth
One of the Starlite Reverb 10's most distinctive features is its deceptively simple control layout.
The unique Tone control allows the amp to move between the scooped, articulate character often associated with classic Black Panel amplifiers and the richer midrange response of vintage Tweed designs. Combined with the switchable Negative Feedback circuit, players can further tailor the feel and response of the amp, choosing between tighter cleans or a more open, touch-sensitive playing experience.
The result is a remarkably versatile amplifier capable of everything from sparkling cleans and edge-of-breakup tones to rich, harmonically complex overdrive.
Bigger Speaker, Bigger Sound
The Starlite Reverb 10 replaces the original 8-inch speaker with a custom 10-inch ceramic speaker, providing greater low-end response, increased projection, and a fuller overall voice.
Adding to its versatility is a built-in Accutronics Digi-Log reverb circuit that delivers spacious ambience while preserving the amp's direct and dynamic feel. An external speaker output allows the Starlite Reverb 10 to be paired with larger cabinets when additional spread and volume are required.
