The J Rockett PXO is designed to be a versatile tool, perfect for live use and studio work.
With dedicated Drive and Boost sections, it offers more than your typical dirt pedal, functioning almost like a channel strip for your guitar!
The Drive section includes Volume, Treble, Bass, and Gain controls, letting you precisely shape your gain structure and tonal base.
Meanwhile, the Boost section features Tilt EQ and Level controls to add extra grit or brightness with a simple twist.
The PXO also includes a Pre/Post switch for changing the order in which the two sections cascade.
While each control is powerful alone, the real magic comes from experimenting with how they interact.

The Volume control sets how hard the pedal drives the amp, shaping the feel and core sound of your entire setup.
Treble and Bass knobs offer flexible tone-shaping, while the Gain knob provides additional control over the structure.
Kick your amp in the teeth!
The PXO’s Boost section is highly versatile, with the Tilt EQ knob defining its character.
Turn clockwise for a treble boost and counterclockwise for a bass boost.
The Level control adjusts how the Boost section drives the pedal (or your amp), depending on the Pre/Post switch setting.
Cascading the Drive and Boost sections lets the Treble and Bass controls interact with the Tilt EQ, unlocking endless possibilities!
