This pre-owned Fryette PS-2A Power Station is in excellent condition, with two small signs of use on the bottom plate.
The unit works perfectly and includes its original box and accessories.

The Fryette PS-2A Power Station is an easy-to-use reactive load and attenuator designed to control the volume of high-powered tube amps while preserving their tone, dynamics and feel.
Traditional attenuators can often compromise tone and response as attenuation increases, while stepped level controls can leave you choosing between slightly too loud and slightly too quiet. The Power Station takes a different approach, combining a reactive load with its own 50-watt tube power amplifier and continuously variable level control.
This allows you to push your amplifier into its sweet spot, including power tube distortion, and then set the final listening volume independently without sacrificing the character of the amp.
The Power Station can also work in the opposite direction. Its 50-watt tube power section can amplify low-powered amps, preamps, pedals and modeling rigs to stage-ready levels, making it far more versatile than a conventional attenuator.
It can also serve as a standalone tube power amp for ampless pedalboard setups or modeling systems, while the integrated post-distortion FX loop provides an ideal place for delay, reverb and other time-based effects even when your amplifier doesn't have its own effects loop.
With selectable impedance matching, balanced and unbalanced line outputs and a Silent Mode for recording without a speaker cabinet, the PS-2A is an exceptionally versatile solution for getting more control and functionality from virtually any tube amp.
