In Norse mythology, Loke was the embodiment of duality, the interaction between opposing forces upon a single individual.
The new Fjord Fuzz Loke gives you two almost identical signals.
Each one has enough output to drive your preamp into overdrive.
One of the signals has a slight tape tint to it and can be shifted in time by either 0-100mS or 0-400mS.
You can quickly switch between delay modes via the secondary foot switch.
The expression control gives you the option of warping the time parameter hands-free.
Fjord Fuzz also added a very exciting random LFO, as well as a sort of servo control for the delay time operation.
All of this together offers you the full suite of exciting effects found on old school reel-to-reel tape gear!
But, Loke also lets you dwell within the spaces left between the classic staples of recording tricks and discover new textures.

Un délai qui offre beaucoup de possibilités. Amusant dans l’utilisation et sons magnifiques. Excellente pédale au look incroyable. Je recommande.

I took my time with this pedal due to the nature of it's sound and functions. There is alot of possibilities. The nature of this pedal is a reel to reel tape deck delay (0-100mS or 0-400mS) that has a pretty vintage analog sound, it can by itself give you those 60/70's low-fi grooves...that's my thing. Use the expression pedal and add even more weirdness...the added LFO needs some experimentation, i found a few sweet spots (take down notes i did). This pedal will not be everyones cup of tea, for the more adventurous players this is a real cool find. Paired with other dirt pedals opens a whole lot of textures (distortion/overdrive/fuzz). This is a little bit along the lines of JPTR FX FERNWEH sound and feel. Have fun with it, Cheers,DAN.
