Combining silicon and hand-selected NOS germanium transistors, the Hoof delivers massive sustain, thick fuzz textures, and rich harmonic content while retaining the clarity and articulation needed to cut through a mix.

Whether you're chasing saturated lead tones, heavy riffing, or expansive walls of fuzz, the Hoof offers the unmistakable character of a classic Muff-style circuit with a broader range of usable sounds.

 

Massive Sustain, Flexible Midrange

One of the Hoof's defining features is its powerful Shift control, which adjusts the midrange character of the pedal.

Unlike many traditional Muff-style fuzzes that feature a fixed mid-scoop, the Hoof allows you to dial in anything from classic scooped fuzz tones to a more focused, mid-forward voice that sits naturally in a band mix.

Combined with the Tone control, the Hoof provides an impressive amount of tonal flexibility while preserving the thick, saturated character players expect from a great fuzz.
