In business since 2006, musician, electronics freak and major gearhead, Matthew Holl started Wren and Cuff as a part time hobby. As word spread, his business grew and a one-man obsession evolved into a full time job. It wasn’t long until professionals from multiple genres welcomed Wren and Cuff pedals as part of their rigs. Some of these notables include J Mascis of Dinosaur Jr, Brian Ray of the Paul McCartney band, Troy Sanders of Mastodon, and many others. The Wren and Cuff Box of War made a mark as a popular replica of the Big Muff circuit used by David Gilmour, and the Caprid is a righteous 1970s-era Ram's Head interpretation.
