The Funky-Vibe painstakingly replicates the sound and vibe of an original 1960s Uni-Vibe.
Sabbadius left no stone unturned when designing this one!
They spent years tracking down the correct components to perfectly recreate this legendary effect.
The Funky-Vibe is filled with rare components like Matsushita transistors and even NOS bulbs!
Like the original, the Chorus / Vibrato rocker switch selects between classic Hendrix swirl or subtle pitch modulation.
Plus, you can choose between True Bypass switching or "Cancel".
"Cancel" turns off the effect, but keeps your signal going through the Uni-Vibe’s wonderful, warm preamp.
The 69 version was designed to replicate the original 1969 Shin-ei Uni-Vibe.
This version of the Uni-Vibe was famously used by David Gilmour and Robin Trower.
The Funky Vibe 69 packs a rounder and chewier tones in Chorus mode than the 68 version.
Best of all, the Funky-Vibe runs on the correct voltage for proper vintage tone!
Now equipped with 7mm photocells!
Starting in 2024, the 69 Funky Vibe comes equipped with the same 7mm photocells as those found in the Fillmore and Maui editions.
These photocells increase the Vibe's watery quality and give it an even chewier tone!
