A Swiss-army knife for your tone!
KMA Machine’s Tyler has successfully found its place on many boards around the world, helping players refine and define their tone.
Essentially, Tyler allows you to split your signal into two distinct frequency bands, which are routed through high-pass and low-pass loops.
From there, you can add other pedals in the mix and blend at will! You can also use the pedal to split a signal to two amps.
Tyler is the ultimate tool for developing new sounds and pushing your creativity to new heights!
Never to stand still, KMA Machines decided to step up the game and create a more advanced, versatile and flexible solution!
The heart of the pedal is still the same essential filter sections, but the rest of the vital tonal organs have had a thorough upgrade.
Upgrades over the original Tyler include an improved noise floor, clean blend option and relay-based soft-switches.
Transformer-coupled send jacks and phase-inversion switches were also added to avoid ground loops.
LP-Cut and HP-Cut switches now mute loops when bypassed, preventing clean artifacts passing through when disengaging one loop.
Otherwise, both loops are spec’d as per the original, with up to 12dB of boost and roll-off and a variable cut-off frequency from 20Hz to 3kHz.
The result is a seriously awesome sonic tool and a supreme source of creativity!
