British Pedal Company Dallas Rangemaster

What an amazing (pedal?) box! Out in front of any amp that’s already on the edge of, or just past the edge of breakup and it kicks you into some of the most beautiful, musical overdrive you could want. It achieves those early Black Sabbath tones perfectly, as well as early Clapton Cream era tones as well. Not to limit the pedal with that description, I just mean it nails those late 60’s, early 70’s overdrive tones, especially when paired with a driving Marshall style amp. I gave it 4 stars, as the design isn’t very practical for those who have a pedal board, or don’t want it on all the time. There is a small switch on the box that turns the effect on and off, so it’s just not as convenient as a pedal. That being said, that is my only issue with this thing. Otherwise, I absolutely love it. Thanks again, Electric Mojo for having all the coolest stuff in stock!
