Hudson take their beloved Broadcast Preamp to the next level!
The Dual Broadcast is an expanded version of the popular Broadcast Preamp, now with foot-switchable gain modes for more versatility.
Choose between Low or High gain modes via the right footswitch.
Fine-tune the gain levels using internal trimmers for precise control.
In Low gain mode, the Dual Broadcast delivers anything from sparkling clean boost through to transparent overdrive.
Switching to High gain mode provides warmer and fuzzier overdriven tones.
Based on the classic 1960s RCA consoles.
Inspired by the classic RCA consoles of the 1960s, the Broadcast is a transformer-coupled, discrete Class-A germanium preamp.
It features a specially selected Triad steel-core transformer and a NOS germanium transistor for authentic vintage tone!
Run the Broadcast at any voltage between 9V and 24V!
Running the Broadcast at 18V or 24V gives it more headroom, output and clarity.
This is great for use with bass or when using the Broadcast as a clean preamp boost.
