Analog Delay, Reimagined in Stereo
The Walrus Audio Meraki is a true stereo analog delay designed for players who want the depth, warmth, and feel of classic bucket-brigade delays, with the flexibility of a modern stereo platform.
At its core, the Meraki uses eight MN3005 bucket brigade chips, delivering rich, organic repeats with up to 1200 ms of delay time. The result is a delay that feels alive under your fingers, with natural compression and a musical decay that sits perfectly in a mix.
Unlike traditional analog delays, the Meraki features fully independent left and right delay lines, allowing you to run dual delays in parallel, ping-pong, or series configurations. Each side can be controlled separately or synced together, opening up everything from classic stereo echoes to complex, evolving rhythmic patterns.
A highly intuitive control layout makes it easy to shape your sound in real time.
Dedicated controls for time, feedback (left/right), mix, tone, and modulation allow for precise adjustment, while deeper features such as tap tempo, selectable subdivisions, and modulation shaping provide additional flexibility when needed.
Despite its fully analog signal path, the Meraki integrates seamlessly into modern rigs with MIDI control, expression support, and selectable bypass modes with trails. From subtle ambience to expansive stereo textures and self-oscillating sound design, the Meraki bridges vintage character with modern control.
