King Tone Rise V3 – Ultimate Germanium Preamp
The Rise V3 is King Tone’s newest evolution of their germanium preamp design. It’s a powerful tone-shaping tool that enhances your rig with added clarity, warmth, sustain, and rich harmonic content.
Inspired by classic ’60s and ’70s germanium treble boosters, the Rise V3 takes the concept much further. It can work as a clean boost, an overdrive, a fuzz, or a dynamic preamp that brings out natural, woody sustain. Use it to push a tube amp into sweet saturation or stack it with another drive for smooth, musical compression.
The highly interactive controls offer a wide palette of tones – from deep fuzz to bright, glassy clean sounds. The Glass knob transitions seamlessly between fuzz, drive, and clean boost textures, while the Drive / Vintage / Fuzz toggle reshapes the voicing to suit different guitars and amps.
Handmade in California, the Rise V3 features a custom CNC-milled aluminum enclosure, laser-engraved graphics, and premium components throughout.
