An analog-voiced reverb pedal packed to the brim with extras!
When The Sun Explodes is the first offering from Beautiful Noise, a boutique pedal builder based in New South Wales, Australia.
The pedal combines a reverberation section and a feedback/gain section.
Plug into this box of utter sonic dystopia for an endlessly reverberant, fuzzed out noise experience no other effect has yet to reach!
Create anything from long ambient swells of atmospheric reverberation, to stuttering, chaotic feedback oscillations overloading your amplifier.
The reverberation on its own emulates a classic 1960s spring tank unit.
A variety of controls allows you to shape the tone and length of the reverberated signal.
The feedback footswitch engages a feedback loop (which forces the wet reverberated signal back into the input), creating some over the top noise effects.
The boost footswitch instantly doubles the amount of reverb for an instant wave of sound.
The gain control can swing from a gritty boost at lower settings, to an overdriving blown speaker-like fuzz tone when maxed.
Expression input controls the reverb volume using a standard expression pedal, for hands free amplitude modulation.
Or, use it in conjunction with the dry cut switch for ambient wet-only volume swells.
When The Sun Explodes will open up your creative paths and make you explore new textures and sounds for weeks, maybe months!
