Valco FX’s take on the Lovetone Big Cheese!

The Valco KGB Fuzz takes inspiration from the famed Lovetone Big Cheese and may be the only fuzz you'll ever need!

The Big Cheese circuit was favored by great such as Page, Shields, and Marr and can be heard on countless classics.

The KGB is designed specifically to work with K (keys, synths), G (guitar) and B (bass).

The Variable Input Impedance works best with passive instruments and allows tone-sculpting with or without the fuzz circuit engaged.

Lower settings yield softer dynamics / transients with a notable ‘rounded/vintage’ feel and tone.

Higher settings give a sharper high frequency response with a more aggressive transient feel and more perceived gain.

This makes for a great ’shaping’ control, where you can tune the pedal for its best response to your personal rig and needs!
