strymon-timeline-mx
Strymon TimeLine MX Delay

The Legendary TimeLine, Reimagined

For well over a decade, the original Strymon TimeLine has been regarded as one of the finest delay pedals ever created. Found on countless professional pedalboards and recordings, it established itself as the benchmark for studio-quality delay, combining pristine sound quality with exceptional flexibility.

The TimeLine MX builds upon that legacy with a complete redesign. Powered by an all-new processing platform, it delivers greater sonic realism, vastly expanded routing options, dual delay engines, a dedicated reverb, and a refined interface centered around a bright OLED display.

More than an update, the TimeLine MX is a comprehensive delay workstation capable of everything from classic echoes to complex ambient soundscapes, intricate rhythmic delays, and immersive stereo textures.

Two Delay Engines, Endless Possibilities

For the first time in a TimeLine pedal, any two delay machines can run simultaneously within a single preset.

Choose from twelve meticulously crafted delay machines, including classic Digital, dTape, dBucket, Reverse, Ice, Lo-Fi, Filter, and entirely new algorithms such as Drum, Oil Can, Spectral, Multitap, and Reverb. Run them in series, parallel, or split them across the stereo field to create sounds that simply weren't possible with previous generations.

The MX also expands several familiar TimeLine concepts. Functions previously limited to dedicated delay engines, such as Duck and Swell, are now available as parameters that can be applied to virtually any delay type, dramatically increasing the pedal's creative potential.

Built for Stage and Studio

Despite its extraordinary depth, the TimeLine MX remains remarkably intuitive to operate.

A large OLED display provides clear visual feedback while preserving Strymon's familiar hands-on workflow. Extensive stereo routing, configurable effects loop options, full MIDI implementation, expression pedal support, USB-C connectivity, and a dramatically expanded five-minute looper make the TimeLine MX equally at home on sophisticated touring rigs and professional studio sessions.

Whether you're looking for pristine digital repeats, vintage tape echoes, rhythmic multi-head patterns, cinematic ambient textures, or experimental layered soundscapes, the TimeLine MX delivers studio-quality performance with the flexibility to grow alongside your creativity.

Strymon TimeLine MX Features

• Dual-engine delay workstation with any two delay machines running simultaneously

• Twelve studio-quality delay machines

• New Drum, Oil Can, Spectral, Multitap, and Reverb engines

• Series, parallel, and stereo split routing

• Built-in dedicated reverb

• Large high-resolution OLED display

• Five-minute stereo looper

• Flexible effects loop routing

• Extensive MIDI implementation via DIN, TRS, and USB-C

• Expression pedal and external switch compatibility

• Stereo inputs and outputs

• USB-C connectivity

• Power: 9V DC

• Current Draw: 500 mA
