A collaboration between Josh Smith and Poly Effects.

The Poly Effects Flat V is a two channel overdrive eschewing knobs for touchscreen LED sliders.

Channel A is an overdrive stage with selectable diodes. Choose from Schottky, germanium, silicon and LED.

Channel B is a gain stage that’s voiced like a tube amp, with cascading JFETs instead of tubes.

This side offers synth-style 24dB/octave four-pole resonant analog filters to shape your sound.

Across the top you have numbered LED buttons for the the six banks of presets.

These buttons are numbered to correspond to the bank number and preset.

All presets have 2 sides that allow you to blend between 2 values of each slider.

You can blend with the waveshapes, MIDI or an envelope that reacts to your playing!

Blending allows very complex tremolo, envelope filter and auto wah-style effects.

Flat V offers digital control over a 100% analog signal path.

You get full MIDI control over all sliders, switches, channel routing, blending and presets!
