Hamstead Soundworks was born out of the fusion of two obsessions: one for tone, and one for electronic design. Electronic design and engineering at Hamstead is led by Peter Hamstead. Peter brings a fresh approach to amps and pedals, having a background in avionics and radar, as well as many years in electronic design and development. Some of Peter’s most popular creations include the Odyssey pedal and the Artist 20+RT amp. Hamstead Soundworks products are built in the UK. Quality and precision is at the core of every Hamstead amp and pedal.
