A chewier Vibe from the masterminds at Sabbadius!

The masterminds at Sabbadius are famous for bringing to life very specific versions of the classic Uni-Vibe effect.

With the Chewy Vibe, they set out to recreate the rare Shin-ei Resly Tone RT-18, a precursor to the Uni-Vibe.

The Resly Tone was originally designed as a pedal version of the Leslie speaker.

Its tone is slightly more reminiscent of a Phase Shifter, with a rounder and juicier wave when compared to a Uni-Vibe.

The RT-18 can be heard on Hendrix’s song Mastermind and Pink Floyd’s Have a Cigar.

In typical Sabbadius fashion, the Chewy Tone is filled with rare NOS components.

A large Speed knob on the side of the pedal now lets you control the Vibe speed with your foot.

The Chorus / Vibrato rocker switch selects between classic swirl or subtle pitch modulation.

Plus, you can choose between True Bypass switching or "Cancel".

"Cancel" turns off the effect, but keeps your signal going through the Uni-Vibe’s wonderful, warm preamp.
